State Board of Pharmacy must send license, permit, and registration renewal notices by email instead of first-class mail as the default method

Licensees, permit holders, and registrants may request to receive renewal notices by first-class mail instead of electronic delivery

If an electronic renewal notice is returned as undeliverable, the Board must send a follow-up notice by first-class mail to the last known address

Applies to pharmacist licenses, pharmacy permits, pharmacy technician registrations, wholesale distributor permits, and pharmacy intern registrations

Effective October 1, 2025
