Clarifies that the Maryland Comptroller may record and monitor incoming telephone calls only to the Comptroller's call centers, replacing the previous reference to "automated call distribution system"

Recording and monitoring is permitted for training, quality control, and employee safety purposes, with required notice to callers

Direct individual phone lines in the Office of the Comptroller remain prohibited from recording or monitoring

Recorded calls must be deleted after 60 days unless used as positive training examples or containing personal and imminent threats against employees or State property
