Amends the definition of "slot machine" in Maryland Criminal Law to expand what skills-based amusement devices can award while remaining exempt from slot machine regulations

Skills-based amusement devices may now award merchandise, tickets, tokens, or other objects with per-play values not exceeding minimal value set by the State Lottery and Gaming Control Commission

Allows prizes from these devices to be accumulated and exchanged for noncash merchandise or prizes with value similar to the cumulated value of objects exchanged

Caps the maximum wholesale value of exchanged prizes at $599

Effective date: July 1, 2025
