Requires juveniles adjudicated delinquent for sexual offenses (including rape, sexual offense in the second degree, and fourth-degree sex offense) to register as juvenile sex offenders if they were at least 13-14 years old at the time of the offense

Extends juvenile sex offender registry requirements so that registrants remain on the registry until age 21, even if juvenile court jurisdiction terminates earlier

Expands the list of qualifying offenses for juvenile sex offender registration to include all violations of § 3-307 and § 3-308(b)(1) of the Criminal Law Article, rather than only specific subsections

Adds violations of § 3-307 (fourth-degree sexual offense) to the definition of "reportable offense," requiring law enforcement and State's Attorneys to notify schools when a child is arrested for this offense off school premises

Takes effect October 1, 2025
