Creates a civil cause of action for defamation per se against anyone who distributes computer-generated sexual deepfakes that are indistinguishable from actual images of a person and falsely depict them with intimate parts exposed or engaged in sexual activity

Prevailing plaintiffs in deepfake cases may be awarded punitive damages, attorney's fees, and injunctive relief against all parties involved in the violation

Adds a separate civil cause of action for revenge porn victims, allowing them to sue distributors for actual damages and reasonable attorney's fees

Expands the definition of "visual representation" in existing revenge porn law to explicitly include computer-generated images and pictures produced by electronic, mechanical, or other means

Takes effect October 1, 2025
