Extends the threshold for driver's license suspension due to child support arrearages from 60 days to 120 days of non-compliance for noncommercial license holders

Exempts obligors with income at or below 250% of the federal poverty level from license suspension, unless judicially determined to be voluntarily impoverished

Requires courts to send a copy of the child support guideline calculation and order to the Child Support Administration after establishing a child support order

Allows the Child Support Administration to determine obligor income using either income at the time of the most recent order or current information from the obligor or their employer

Takes effect October 1, 2025
