Narrows the State Lakes Protection and Restoration Fund's focus from all State-owned or State-managed lakes to exclusively Deep Creek Lake

Reduces the mandatory annual appropriation to the Fund from $1,000,000 to $500,000 for fiscal years 2027 and 2028

Extends the Fund's termination date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2028, adding three additional years of operation

Authorized uses remain unchanged: sediment removal, contaminated sediment treatment, invasive species prevention, and ecological/recreational improvements

Takes effect June 1, 2025
