County boards of education must publish on their websites a list of special education service delivery models available to parentally-placed private school students, in addition to existing requirements for public school system models

"Parentally-placed private school student" is defined as a child with a disability enrolled by their parent or guardian in a private elementary or secondary school, including religious schools, under federal law (20 U.S.C. § 1412(a)(10)(A))

The definition excludes children placed in private schools by public agencies as a means of providing special education services

County boards must provide written copies of the service delivery model information upon request
