State Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists must issue behavior analyst licenses within 30 days of receiving a complete application (changed from 10 days)

For incomplete applications that are later completed, the Board must issue licenses within 50 days of receiving additional information (changed from 30 days)

Board must send e-mail notifications to applicants when the application is received, review begins, completeness is determined, and when a license decision is made

Applicants or their designated third parties may request additional e-mail status updates on their applications

Effective October 1, 2025
