Local workforce development boards must report annually by June 30 to the Accountability and Implementation Board on fund usage and impact on career counseling

The Accountability and Implementation Board must report to the Governor and General Assembly by January 1, 2027, on program effectiveness, including student preparation for post-college and career readiness pathways

The Act takes effect July 1, 2025
