Authorizes the Appellate Court of Maryland to hold sessions at secondary schools (high schools) and postsecondary educational institutions throughout the state, expanding beyond the current law school locations

The Chief Judge of the Appellate Court must coordinate with school administrations to designate these educational session locations

Existing law already permitted sessions at University of Maryland School of Law and University of Baltimore School of Law; this expands that authority to all secondary and postsecondary institutions statewide

The court's default session location remains the City of Annapolis

Effective October 1, 2025; approved by Governor Wes Moore on April 22, 2025
