Authorizes the University System of Maryland to issue up to $5,000,000 in bonds for campuswide building systems and infrastructure improvements at the University of Maryland, College Park

Approves an additional $25,000,000 in bond issuance authority for systemwide capital facilities renewal projects at existing academic facilities across all USM constituent institutions and centers

Bonds issued under this act are explicitly not a debt or obligation of the State of Maryland or any political subdivision, and must state this on their face

Total combined bonding authority granted: $30,000,000

Effective date: June 1, 2025
