Maryland Office of Overdose Response must develop and maintain a public interactive dashboard tracking Opioid Restitution Fund spending, in collaboration with the Department of Health

Dashboard must display payment schedules, past spending, spending plans and priorities, and detailed descriptions of funded initiatives with performance measures, disaggregated by state, county, and municipality

Counties and municipalities receiving settlement funds must provide financial information to the Department for inclusion on the dashboard, with an online portal established for reporting

Dashboard must link to state, county, or municipal websites providing additional information on opioid settlement fund use, and should integrate existing platforms tracking opioid use and overdoses

Funding for dashboard development and maintenance comes from the Opioid Restitution Fund through the state budget; effective October 1, 2025
