Expands Maryland's revenge porn law (Section 3-809) to criminalize knowingly distributing computer-generated visual representations (including AI-generated deepfakes) that are indistinguishable from an actual, identifiable person showing intimate parts or sexual activity

Requires intent to harm, harass, intimidate, threaten, or coerce the depicted person, plus knowledge or reckless disregard that the person did not consent to distribution

Defines "indistinguishable" as imagery an ordinary person would conclude depicts an actual person, but explicitly excludes drawings, cartoons, sculptures, and paintings

Violation is a misdemeanor punishable by up to 2 years imprisonment, a fine up to $5,000, or both
