Allows patrons to consume and carry liquor anywhere on Charles County baseball stadium premises, removing the previous restriction that limited liquor consumption to enclosed dining areas or bars only

Excludes parking areas from the licensed premises where beer, wine, and liquor may be sold and consumed

Expands acceptable serving containers from plastic, Styrofoam, or paper to plastic, paper, or other nonglass containers (removing Styrofoam as a specified option)

Glass containers remain permitted only in enclosed stadium dining areas where patrons are seated

Takes effect July 1, 2025, with an annual license fee of $2,200
