County Commissioner annual salary increases from $10,000 to $12,000, with the President of the County Commissioners increasing from $11,000 to $13,000

County Roads Board member annual salary increases from $10,000 to $12,000, with the President of the County Roads Board increasing from $11,000 to $13,000

Salary increases apply only to terms of office beginning after the effective date, per Article III, § 35 of the Maryland Constitution
