Creates a new Class C (theater) beer, wine, and liquor license in Frederick County, issued by the Board of License Commissioners

Authorizes theaters with seating to sell beer, wine, and liquor for on-premises consumption from 1 hour before to 1 hour after performances or events

Permits alcohol sales during regular performances, fund-raiser performances benefiting the theater, and events hosted by outside groups renting the theater

Sets the annual license fee at $150

Effective June 1, 2025
