During the migratory Canada goose (Atlantic Population) hunting season, bag limits for all Canada geese statewide must conform to the federal U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service limits for Atlantic Population Canada geese

Applies to geese in both the Atlantic Flyway Resident Population Hunt Zone and the Atlantic Population Hunt Zone

Exempts five western Maryland areas: Allegany County, Frederick County, Garrett County, Washington County, and the portion of Carroll County west of Route 31 and Route 97

Takes effect July 1, 2025 and automatically sunsets on June 30, 2030 without further legislative action

Requires the Department of Natural Resources to publish bag limits for game birds and mammals by April 25 each year
