County and municipal automated traffic enforcement programs must submit quarterly reports to the Vision Zero coordinator on citations issued to out-of-state registered vehicles, including plate numbers, state of registration, and payment status

Reports must include cumulative summaries of total citations issued to out-of-state vehicles, number paid, and number past due, with updates reflecting newly paid citations

Covered enforcement systems include red light cameras, speed monitors, school bus cameras, stop sign monitors, work zone speed systems, bus lane monitors, noise abatement systems, and vehicle height monitors

Originally included provisions authorizing civil actions against D.C. residents and vehicles for unpaid citations, but these were removed by amendment (struck from the bill)
