Expands qualifying offenses for the Juvenile Sex Offender Registry to include third-degree sexual offense, fourth-degree sexual offense, sexual abuse of a minor, human trafficking of a minor, and child pornography offenses where the victim did not consent to production or distribution

Grants local school superintendents or their designees access to the Juvenile Sex Offender Registry, which was previously accessible only to law enforcement personnel

Removes the requirement that the juvenile must have been at least 14 years old at the time of the delinquent act to be included in the registry

Extends registry retention period so juvenile registrants remain on the registry until the later of either juvenile court jurisdiction terminating or the registrant reaching age 18

Takes effect October 1, 2025
