Establishes the Anne Arundel County Crownsville Hospital Memorial Park Advisory Committee to advise on planning and development of the memorial park site

Committee consists of 17 voting members including representatives from the Governor's Office, Maryland Commission on African American History and Culture, state legislators, county officials, Bowie State University, and seven county executive appointees with expertise in cultural history, recreation, infrastructure, health, civil rights, and adjacent communities

Committee responsibilities include providing planning advice, collecting public input, and making recommendations that consider the site's Master Plan, cultural history, resident health and wellness needs, recreation needs, and infrastructure requirements

Annual report required by February 1 to the Anne Arundel County Executive, County Council, and General Assembly delegation detailing achievements, findings, and recommendations

Act takes effect October 1, 2025 and automatically sunsets on September 30, 2030 after 5 years
