Increases the required fair housing course from 1.5 to 2 clock hours every 2 years for real estate license renewal, and makes a 2-clock hour Americans with Disabilities Act course mandatory (rather than optional) for licensees working solely in nonresidential real estate

Reduces the broker supervision course requirement from 3 clock hours to 1.5 clock hours for real estate brokers, branch office managers, and team leaders renewing their licenses

Removes "the practice of flipping" as a required topic in the 3-clock hour ethics course, retaining only the Maryland Code of Ethics, fraudulent real estate practices, and professionalism

Authorizes course providers to select qualified instructors experienced in the real estate industry, and replaces the fixed $25 continuing education course application fee with a fee to be set by the Commission

Takes effect October 1, 2025
