Authorizes the Maryland Transportation Authority to place and operate speed monitoring systems on Maryland Route 200 (Intercounty Connector) in Montgomery County

Civil penalties from citations issued by the Authority's speed monitoring systems on the ICC will be collected by the District Court and remitted directly to the Maryland Transportation Authority

Speed monitoring systems must detect vehicles traveling at least 12 miles per hour above the posted speed limit, with civil penalties capped at $40

State Highway Administration must provide the Authority access to its existing speed monitoring systems and vendor contacts to assist with planning and implementation
