Prohibits the Maryland Department of Health from limiting revenue that holders of on-farm home processing licenses may earn from food processed under the license

Defines "on-farm home processing license" as a license issued to farm owners to process food in a home or domestic kitchen located on their farm

Requires the Department of Health to update COMAR 10.15.04.15 by October 1, 2025 to repeal the current $40,000 limit on sales of food processed under these licenses

Takes effect July 1, 2025
