Affirms Maryland's policy that elementary and secondary school curricula should include the history and experiences of communities that have faced discrimination based on disability, ethnicity, gender, indigenous American Tribal affiliation, race, religion or faith, and sexual orientation

Declares that elementary and secondary education should be provided in a nondiscriminatory, inclusive manner to ensure all children have equal opportunity for a complete education

States that curricula should reflect the breadth and diversity of Marylanders' lived experiences to help students develop empathy and prepare to live in a diverse society

Requires the Department of Legislative Services to forward copies of the resolution to the Governor, legislative leaders, State Board of Education President, State Superintendent, and all 24 county boards of education

Non-binding resolution that acknowledges the importance of culturally diverse curriculum but does not mandate specific curriculum changes or create enforcement mechanisms
