Urges the U.S. President and Senate to endorse the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons, which 73 nations have ratified as of September 2024

Notes Marylanders paid an estimated $2.1 billion in taxes in fiscal year 2024 for the nuclear weapons complex, while the U.S. is spending $1.7 trillion over 30 years to enhance its nuclear arsenal
