Class B sports wagering facility licensees originally licensed on or before September 30, 2023 may request Commission approval to relocate within the same county, provided the new location meets statutory requirements and is approved by the Sports Wagering Application Review Commission.

Class A licensees providing sports wagering services on behalf of Class B licensees may use their own branding and loyalty rewards programs at the Class B facility.

Individuals are prohibited from using their Class A account wallet when placing wagers at a Class B facility that receives services from that Class A licensee.

Class B licensees receiving services from Class A licensees may utilize and market the Class A licensee's branding and loyalty rewards programs, subject to the Class A licensee's approval.

Effective July 1, 2025.
