Expands the Federally Qualified Health Centers Grant Program to allow grants for the acquisition of land for constructing or operating federally qualified health centers

Eligible grant recipients include counties, municipal corporations, and nonprofit organizations, with grants approved by the Board of Public Works on recommendation of the Secretary of Health

Adds land acquisition to the existing list of eligible uses, which already includes building conversion, building acquisition, renovation, capital equipment purchases, and planning/design/construction

Takes effect October 1, 2025
