Prohibits individuals from simultaneously holding a county central committee position (party office) and an elected public office

Maintains existing prohibition against being a candidate for more than one elected public office at the same time

Maintains existing prohibition against being a candidate for more than one party office at the same time

Exempts delegates to the national presidential nominating convention from the dual-office holding restriction

Takes effect October 1, 2025
