Creates two new Class AF (Athletic Field) beer and wine licenses in Harford County: a 6-day license and a 7-day license

Licenses may only be issued to persons who lease, own, or operate an athletic field for profit

6-day license permits beer and wine sales for on-premises consumption Monday through Saturday, 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.; 7-day license extends sales through Sunday

Annual license fees are $1,300 for the 6-day license and $1,400 for the 7-day license

License holders must purchase from authorized wholesalers and provide prepackaged food or snacks whenever alcohol is sold
