Companies must submit annual reports to the Public Service Commission by February 1, detailing the total number of authorized operators, those who worked full-time or part-time, and those working more than 40 hours per week

Annual reports must include median operator pay and demographic data on drivers, including data on operators who have been permanently deactivated

The Public Service Commission must compile this data and report it to the Department of Transportation, Senate Finance Committee, and House Environment and Transportation Committee by March 1 each year

Effective date: October 1, 2025
