Creates a new Class MT (movie theater) beer, wine, and liquor license exclusively for Howard County, Maryland

Movie theater owners must hold crowd control training certification to be eligible for the license

Alcohol sales restricted to patrons who have purchased a ticket to a current or future movie showing at the licensed premises, for on-premises consumption only

Howard County Board of License Commissioners authorized to set hours/days of sale, annual license fees, and any additional requirements deemed necessary

Existing movie theater alcoholic beverage license holders in Howard County must renew as Class MT licenses; effective July 1, 2025
