Authorizes up to five of the highest-ranking officers in nonprofit volunteer emergency medical organizations operating under Hatzalah of Baltimore's commercial ambulance service license to equip their privately owned vehicles with red or red and white emergency lights

Applies specifically to volunteer EMS organizations located in Baltimore County or Baltimore City

Emergency lights may only be displayed while en route to or at the scene of an emergency

Amends Section 22-218 of the Maryland Transportation Article by adding a new exception to the general prohibition on unauthorized emergency lighting devices

Takes effect October 1, 2025
