Extends the required reporting deadline from December 1, 2025 to December 1, 2027, requiring counties to report on system usage, citations issued, costs, revenue, and effectiveness

Allows inspection of noise abatement system images only by persons issued citations, their attorneys, or agency employees conducting investigations or proceedings related to civil liability
