Prohibits stopping, standing, or parking any vehicle in a bike lane or bicycle path in Maryland

"Bike lane" is defined as any portion of a roadway or shoulder designated for single directional bicycle flow

"Bicycle path" is defined as a travelway designed for bicycle use that is physically separated from motor vehicle traffic by berm, shoulder, curb, or similar device

Exceptions apply when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic, comply with law, or follow directions of a police officer or traffic control device
