Removes the 60-day threshold for license suspension for noncommercial license holders with child support arrearages, leaving only the 120-day threshold for commercial license holders

Exempts obligors earning no more than 250% of the federal poverty guidelines from license suspension, unless they were judicially determined to be voluntarily impoverished when the support order was entered

Requires courts to send a copy of the child support guideline calculation and order to the Child Support Administration after establishing any child support order

Takes effect October 1, 2025
