Holders of a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license in Anne Arundel County who qualify as veterans' organizations may convert their license to a Class C (veterans' organization) license, with the conversion treated as a renewal rather than a new license issuance

Reduces the annual license fee for a Class C (veterans' organization) license from $400 to $300

Authorizes the Board of License Commissioners to provide application and administrative fee discounts to qualifying veterans' organizations holding or applying for these licenses

Permits Class C (veterans' organization) license holders to sell beer, wine, and liquor Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. without obtaining a separate Sunday license

Takes effect July 1, 2025
