Expands the Maryland Veterans Trust Board of Trustees from 11 to 12 members by adding the Secretary of Disabilities (or designee) as an ex officio member

Existing ex officio members include the Secretaries of Veterans Affairs (chair), Aging, Labor, Health, Human Services, and the Adjutant General of the Military Department

Board also includes Governor-appointed representatives from a veterans service organization, a nonprofit serving veterans, and the business community, plus one legislator each from the House and Senate

Effective October 1, 2025
