Changes the organization name in Maryland tax law from "Arundel Habitat for Humanity, Inc." to "Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake, Incorporated" for property tax credit eligibility

Expands the tax credit from two specific properties (8101 Fort Smallwood Road and 8104 Parkway Drive) to any real property owned by the renamed organization in Anne Arundel County

Anne Arundel County and its municipal corporations retain authority to set the amount, terms, scope, and duration of the property tax credit

Takes effect June 1, 2025, applicable to taxable years beginning after June 30, 2025
