Transfers responsibility for reimbursing sexual assault exam and treatment costs from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board to the Governor's Office of Crime Prevention and Policy

Physicians, qualified health care providers, and hospitals must provide services without charge to victims of alleged rape, sexual offense, or child sexual abuse

Healthcare providers must submit written or electronic verification of services rendered to receive payment, but cannot include offense narratives or victim photographs in reimbursement requests

Victims may decline to provide health insurance or personal information if they believe it would interfere with their privacy or safety, and providers must inform victims of this right
