Renames the "Board of Trustees of the Maryland Teachers and State Employees Supplemental Retirement Plans" to the "Board of Trustees of the Maryland State Employees Supplemental Retirement Plans," removing "Teachers" from the title

Establishes the newly named board as the legal successor to the former board, with all powers, obligations, personnel, records, assets, and liabilities transferred

Current appointed or elected board members retain their positions for the remainder of their terms

Existing letterhead, business cards, and documents with the old name must be used up before materials with the new name can be adopted

Effective date: July 1, 2025; approved by Governor Wes Moore on May 20, 2025
