Requires the Motor Vehicle Administration to revoke the driver's license of any person convicted of impaired driving (DUI/DWI) that contributes to an accident resulting in death or life-threatening injury to another person

Mandates license revocation for failure to remain at the scene of an accident that results in death or serious bodily injury

Individuals whose licenses are revoked under this act may apply for reinstatement after 5 years, or after 2 years if the Administration finds undue hardship or extenuating circumstances exist

Removes the requirement for probation before judgment recipients to have their licenses revoked for these offenses, applying revocation only to those convicted

Effective October 1, 2025
