Applies changes across four sections of Maryland insurance law: Sections 15-1201, 15-1301, 15-1401, and 31-101

Removes previous state requirements that included specific conditions like fixed dollar amounts per time period, noncoordination requirements, and mandatory 14-point type consumer notices

Takes effect October 1, 2025
