Extends the authorized use period for the Maternal and Child Health Population Health Improvement Fund from December 31, 2025 to December 31, 2027

The Fund supports maternal and child population health improvements through the Medical Care Programs Administration and the Prevention and Health Promotion Administration

Fund revenue comes from hospital rate assessments, interest earnings, and other accepted sources

Expenditures require State budget compliance and approval by a majority of Commission members

Effective July 1, 2025; approved by Governor Wes Moore on April 8, 2025
