Officers of the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Cannabis Commission's Field Enforcement Division may now issue citations for violations involving the sale of delta-8 or delta-10 tetrahydrocannabinol products to individuals under 21 years old.

Displaying or offering tetrahydrocannabinol for sale constitutes prima facie evidence of selling tetrahydrocannabinol, mirroring existing rules for alcoholic beverages.

Sale or distribution of THC products that violate potency limits (more than 0.5mg per serving or 2.5mg per package), packaging, or labeling requirements is prohibited, including products advertised as containing prohibited THC amounts.

The Executive Director may seize, destroy, or confiscate unlawful THC products offered for sale at unlicensed locations.

Non-licensees who violate THC product sale restrictions face misdemeanor charges with fines up to $5,000; licensed cannabis operators face disciplinary action from the Administration.
