Repeals the requirement that the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Cannabis Commission and the Comptroller of Maryland enter into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for cooperative inspection and enforcement activities related to alcohol and tobacco laws

Retains existing requirements for the Commission and Comptroller to cooperate and share information and personnel in investigations and enforcement matters

Preserves the Commission's discretionary authority to enter into MOUs and cooperative arrangements with federal, state, and local governmental units to reduce duplication and administration costs

Allows the Executive Director to continue entering into MOUs with governmental units to address operational matters and efficiencies

Takes effect July 1, 2025
