Prohibits vehicle manufacturers, distributors, and factory branches from preventing dealers from listing vehicles on their websites at the full "purchase price" (defined as delivered price excluding only taxes, title fees, and disclosed freight/processing charges)

Bars manufacturers from coercing dealers to list prices different from the purchase price or taking adverse action against dealers for their website pricing choices

Protections do not apply if a dealer violates existing laws against false, deceptive, or misleading advertising or offers vehicles without intent to sell as advertised

Manufacturers may still require all dealers to include freight or dealer processing charges in their listed website prices
