Changes the Attorney General's reporting frequency to the General Assembly on Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse damage recovery efforts from monthly to every 6 months

Amends Chapters 2 and 3 of the Acts of 2024, which established the Maryland PORT Act following the bridge collapse and Port of Baltimore closure

Attorney General must continue pursuing all available legal options, including filing actions against applicable parties, to recover economic damages for the State

Reports must continue until all recovery options are exhausted or resolved, submitted in accordance with § 2-1257 of the State Government Article

Effective July 1, 2025; approved by Governor Wes Moore on April 22, 2025
