Domestic partnership declarations must now include each partner's Social Security number (if they have one) and date of birth instead of age

Marriage license applications must include each party's full legal name, date of birth (instead of age), and Social Security number (if applicable)

Social Security numbers collected for domestic partnerships and marriage licenses are protected from public disclosure, except as permitted under § 4–334 of the General Provisions Article

Non-resident marriage applicants may submit an affidavit containing the same required information instead of appearing in person
