Prohibits intentionally physically detaining, obstructing, impeding, or hindering another person from entering or exiting a religious facility, whether acting alone or with others

Defines "religious facility" broadly to include places of worship, cemeteries, religious schools, educational facilities, community centers, and adjacent grounds owned, leased, or used by religious entities

Violations constitute a misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days imprisonment, a fine up to $1,000, or both

Exempts the facility's chief executive officer, their designees, facility agents, and law enforcement officers from the prohibition

Does not prohibit speech; effective October 1, 2025
